In our ERP system, as Administrators we can impersonate users so that we can test and see exactly what they see. Many times I find myself needing to be able to do this in Phocas. The only way around this now is to change the users password and use their login…then they have to change it once we are finished. Quite the pain. Would anyone else find value in this? ---

Yes, this would be very useful. Currently I setup a test user the same as my target user to get around this challenge. But this does mean removing someone’s license for a period while i’m working on a new favourite or dashboard. ---

Agree. Emulating users will save so much time for Admins. ---
