# Is it possible to have dynamic queries on a dashboard?

I was trying to build a dashboard for a sales manager. What I was hoping was possible is that I could have a list of salespeople under this manager on the dashboard and be able to have him select the name of the salesman he wanted to view the data for and have the dashboard update. Instead of having to create a dashboard for every sales person individually. Is this possible? Thanks so much for your help!
