Hey peoples, I am very new to the Pronto world. I have used Oracle extensively. Is there are way of sending customers overdue reminder notices in Pronto? We are on V760 on prem. I have found where this can be done using Pronto Customer Central, is that only way it can be done without customisation? This would be addition to sending customers statements
