# Subscribe non Phocas users to a favourite

It would be great to be able to subscribe non Phocas users to a favourite.
A perfect example of this within my organization is when we need to send regular reports to our suppliers.
I’ve lost count of how many times I have subscribed myself to a favourite, only for the purpose of them being emailed to my inbox, auto-forwarded to the intended recipient and then archived.
To be able to do this within Phocas instead of performing workarounds would be a great quality of life improvement.

Hi Oliver!
This is the perfect use case for a viewer license, and several of our customers follow this path. For any subscription to be sent, an email address is required, and this is captured at the user level. Viewer licenses can only access the content (dashboards or favorites) that have been shared to their users. Hope this helps!
