# User Restrictions

Hi,

Is there a way to restrict certain users to only be able to access specific branches(Branch Managers)?

Another restriction would be to only allow access to COGS and/or cost?

I don’t really want to make another Sales DB, is there a workaround or am I missing something I can restrict for specific users in the admin side?

Hi avazquez1,

It is very easy to restrict users access to a database based on the values of dimensions such as Branch and to limit what measures and dimensions they can see.  
This is done in the admin side. Scott is right. You can manage user access in Administration/User if you have the permission.
