using a viewer license, yes. You can either log in as the viewer and subscribe, or if youā€™re admin you can manage subscriptions by right clicking on the favorite. (attached). You cannot, however, do this with dashboards.

Iā€™m not sure if itā€™s the same thing, as I am somewhat new to Phocas as well - but I have found that if I open a query or dashboard that already has already been saved and has most of the filtering set the way I want it, I can do a ā€˜save as favoriteā€™ & give it a new name and it retains the filters. Iā€™ve also found that if you copy the url of an existing query or dashboard into a new one, it takes the same effect. Then you just edit what needs editing.
