Why can’t you set the seconds to 00 on the CRM Task page?
Equally why doesn’t this default to 00 anyway?
Still the same on the grid, though tasks / meetings created in CRM itself appear to not have seconds showing.
Not sure why it’s not consistent.
The issue on the other thread regarding the Status not auto populating is also still outstanding - while creating a task / meeting in CRM itself does default to Not Started.
