It is currently possible to filter by Activity “Type” within the large Activities area on CRM. However, when viewing the Activities tab within an Account, there is no capability to filter or even sort by the type of activity. It would be great to go into an account and be able to filter/sort by type, so I could look at just Tasks or just Meetings. Right now, I can only differentiate by the little symbols next to the Subject. As the amount of activities on certain accounts start to add up, there will be a greater need to filter/sort on that type of info.
