Anyone having issues with subscriptions today? Mine have all failed to arrive despite working perfectly since setting them up.

I recently started have the same issue where just out the blue my subscriptions stopped sending the scheduled emails and files. What was the cause and solution to your subscriptions issue? I checked our SMTP settings and they look correct. I can send a test email by clicking on the the Test Now button when setting up the subscription.
Phocas Support were testing it to try and find out why but they have no idea (or they’ve forgotten about it). The only suggestion they had was to use the “On scheduled build” rather than a time but this sort of defeats the point of working to improve the options.
It didn’t do it for a good 6 weeks (despite them still mostly being set up as timed) then did it again the other week - I sent an email to Support again but got no response. However, I’ve got the daily subscriptions set to “On scheduled build” and I’ll see how long it lasts.
Obviously I can just set them up again so it’s not a critical fault but time consuming and frustrating nonetheless.
We’re hosted and it does it, so if you on premise I’d say it’s safe to assume it’s nothing to do with your SMTP settings - it’s a core Phocas issue.

I think the issue is around the timed options as I had one set as “On scheduled build” and that didn’t fail when the others did.
Support was able to fix the issue. My subscriptions are now working properly.
Subscriptions failed again, seems to be an ongoing issue.

We are having issues with subscriptions now since Friday, was this ever resolved?
No, I can’t even send one in test anymore.
They have enabled logging but getting very little feedback.
I raised a ticket this morning, ours have been fixed by Phocas changing their SMTP as their O365 one was playing up and they are using different credentials to keep our subscriptions working at this stage.
Ours was also changed to a new email address too yesterday too. Not convinced it’ll make any difference they seem to be struggling to find out the cause.
Another report dropped off the subscriptions this morning, anyone else having the same issue?
