Issue - Hundreds of emails off single monthly subscription

Hi,

Was wondering if anyone else has this situation.

User contacted me today indicating that she received around 300 emails off two subscriptions which should only run once on the last day of the month. The subscription is set to be :

However the same subscription has fired over 100 emails.

My only thoughts are since it was February perhaps the 28th is causing a conflict?
