Account miraculously disappeared


One of my colleagues has come to me to report that one of their accounts has disappeared from their list on their accounts tab in Phocas. I am very new to the administration side of Phocas so any help would be hugely appreciated. Is there a reason why this may have happened? Also is there a way of retrieving it easily?
