Hello, I wanted to see if anyone has experienced the same issue we’ve been encountering with external links in Phocas and if they have found a workaround it.
The problem arises when permissions are either granted or revoked from my account. Whenever there’s a change in permissions, it triggers a failure in the functionality of external links, rendering them unusable. This issue has become increasingly problematic due to the sheer volume of external links we utilize daily.
As you can imagine, this situation is causing significant disruptions to our workflow and impacting our ability to efficiently access and share important data through Phocas.
Can someone please advise if there’s any workaround available at the administrative level to mitigate this problem?
