Has anyone incorporated call data from a service (i.e Zoom) into Phocas? If so, how are you using it, and what was the process to incorporate it?
when you say call data - you mean even from the likes of BT cloud? where all incoming and outgoing calls from a business might be stored?
If so I got access to the BT reporting tool and downloaded a monthly csv which I then uploaded into SQL Server and was able to link the dialled number to a customer account in the main CRM - that what you mean?
