I’m curious how everyone is utilizing Phocas CRM? We went live with it a few months ago and our sales team doesn’t want to use it. A couple folks have starting logging their calls.
As a sales manager - how are you utilizing Phocas CRM ? What ways is it helping to better oversee and assist your sales team?
Currently - the handful of sales calls my team puts in each week, are only a fraction of what they are doing, and since there is no notification or update when an activity is acted on, we can’t use it as a default means of communication.
Hopefully someone has some insight on how their team uses Phocas CRM that can change not only how our sales reps view the product, but also how it can be more useful and productive for our sales manager.
