As we have gotten deeper into using CRM, we are asking our users to use the CRM tool as their main place to record upcoming meetings. Most of them (if not all) are accustomed to using their Outlook calendar as their main spot to put meetings and reminders. Currently, we can export Meetings out of CRM into Outlook, but there is no integration going the other way. Would be great if there was a 2-way integration between the two!

I also think this is a great idea - it causes quite a bit of frustration with our external sale team that this can’t be done
