Yes, that sounds about right. I took the advice of the thread so far and came up with the following: [image.png] Once I implement declining days, I should be able to adjust the budget any way I need.

Despite this you still need to have logged somewhere (you can do a custom calendar in Phocas) what days are work days etc.
