Create a report showing YTD sales that shows all accounts

I would like the ability to create a report that is an accounts list that shows YTD sales and includes all of that sales reps accounts even if they have no transactions in the selected time frame. Currently it seems we have to choose, I can do a report in search mode that shows everyone regardless of transactions but no sales data, or a report with sales data but it leaves out accounts with no transactions in the selected time frame.

My sales reps want a simple accounts list that shows all of their accounts and YTD sales.
