I’m attempting to download a nested table in the new cloud based Phocas. Instead of exporting all the rows in the nested table, it is only bringing the summary rows. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Nesting works this way by design. If you export to Excel then use the data ribbon and use the option subtotal you will be back to the desired format.
However, I think your idea is worth mentioning in the “Product suggestions” category for the Phocas support/devs to see.
