Is it possible to display a goal that shows performance for metrics that increment (such as sales or order count) vs required pace like this image?
The idea would be that the user can compare their own performance vs the required pace over the course of the goal period. An example of a goal might be “Sell total of $100,000 of widgets to these customers before year end.”
My company does a daily sales and margin dashboard for our sales reps to track their current months performance on a daily level against budget, you can see the image here;
We had to have our monthly budget figures broken down into working days to be able to produce these graphs though which Phocas Support were able to do quickly for us.
