Pricing Analytics and the crossover between Sales & Purchasing

I am struggling with narrowing down/consolidating the specifics between the business’s Purchase Cost, Landed Cost (including shipping) + handling, shelving, maintaining, etc. & the Sales Price. Not to mention the variables of ‘Customer purchase volume’, ‘Product turn over’ (Rank), & breaking this down to determine how much one geolocation should be selling a item for and how much another state’s branch should be selling the same item for. Additionally, determining where the market is for the product and how much our Purchase Cost is from one Vendor vs. another Vendor per unit.
