Hi. We are trying to delete unused/unwanted reports and dashboards, can someone explain how we do this please?

You need to be an administrator in your environment in order to delete content that was created by other users. Here is a link to the documentation pages for both Favorites and Dashboard administration.

We have inherited the system and the person who set it up has left the business so we don’t know who has or hasn’t got admin rights and we have a bunch of reports that are unusable and we want to delete them and start again but find the online content difficult to navigate
