I was wondering if this still was the only way to do it and if so how would I go about finding the site settings?

I believe this option only shows up if you have a “Partner” account with Phocas, but don’t quote me on that.
I’m an administrator of my organizations account and I don’t have this option on my end either.
I ended up raising a ticket with Phocas support asking them to up our row limit and they had it sorted within a day!
