Anyone familiar with the particulars of RMAs in Phocas? If the RMA is conducted in Epicor, why does the Sales database not pick up the reversal of the sale on the GM$ level? The Net Sales with Misc picks up the reversal but the GM$ is not reversed out? Does this have to happen as a manual entry??
Any info is appreciated.
