We are trying to setup an alert that shows clients that have declining spend as a rolling 12 month average.

Would appreciate any help.

There would be a lot of ways to think about this…

  • The current rolling 12 months is less then the previous rolling 12 months.
  • The sales are declining each month for the last # of months.
  • The current month or last month sale are less then the average from the current rolling 12.
    The first option would be possible using the Variance mode. The last one would be possible using Custom mode and calculating the averages you want to compare.
