Separate sync for only Financial Data

I am attempting to create a separate sync for the financial data, (GLBegin..,GLSplit….) to run several times a day. I created a separate folder ‘Rawdatafinancials’ that would only have the financial files.

However in the sync, when I create another line to only pick up this folder I get an error when I place two sample csv’s since they already exist in the original ‘Rawdata’.

Would I have to create a whole new Sync Application?

I done something similar a few months ago. I just made a copy of the sync file I wanted and only sync the few files I want instead of the entire folder. You have to make a new bat file to run the sync for your desired schedule also
