Proposal: Develop functionality that allows multiple users to be subscribed to the same favorite or dashboard at once, eliminating the tedious process of configuring subscriptions individually. This capability would be especially valuable to customers with larger user populations - and, consequently, higher license volumes - making it a strategically sound enhancement for Phocas to develop in support of both customer satisfaction and account growth.
Current Approach: Subscriptions must currently be configured separately for each user, even when multiple users need the same favorite or dashboard.
Customer Impact: This creates unnecessary administrative work for customers with larger user populations and makes subscriptions more difficult to maintain as users are added or reporting needs change.
Suggested Functionality: Allow administrators to select multiple users when creating or updating a favorite or dashboard subscription.
Business Value: This enhancement would improve scalability for larger customers, provide added value to higher-license accounts, and strengthen Phocas’ administrative capabilities.
