General Comments section on Accounts and Contacts screens

looking for a more prominent or easily accessible way to display key customer comments, specifically something like an additional comments field in the account header, rather than having to navigate through the Activities tab.

Goal is to show important account context quickly. eg only turn up between 10 and 5, only allows x items , check if happy with carrier , Called Scott not Frederick , Had car smash 2 weeks ago

allows for a glipse at account without having to drill through all transactions
