We have found that if we have a grid in a dashboard that has a pre-sorted column and then use decided to sort on a different column and prints the dashboard, the chosen sort is not retained. It goes back to the pre-sorted column/order.
The odd thing is, if you have focused on different items those selections are retained.
The ask is to have the print option print exactly how you see it when you select print.
